The speed of life. We’ve used to live in a rush, in a constantly changing society. In our jobs like in our days we pass in a mountain of immediately and spontaneous changes. We don’t know how to wait anymore and be patient of the process we go through.
In this training I’ve had the chance to live a process from zero, with no hurries and respecting the tempos of each one. We’ve developed a creative process with a group with different rhythms, opinions and languages. The communication hasn’t been an easy thing, the opinions have been so different in every movement and the options for everyone were so diverse, etc.
But that’s the reality we live in. We live in a heterogenic and diverse society. Not everybody has the same thoughts, not everybody has the same interest, either everybody has the same rhythm. These days we’ve work with a tempo comfortable for everyone, with a patience that I haven’t seen for a long time, with a fellowship that has united us and with a respect it has made it a very pleasant experience for all.
For me, this has been the most important thing that I carry inside my bag. Enjoy the process of creating in diversity and inclusion, enjoying the tempo of the whole group as one.
