Evaluation Meeting

After both PBA and TC, first two activities of the project, Evaluation Meeting have happened from 25th until 28th May 2019 in Tàrrega, Spain with 12 participants. This was a moment and place for evaluation of all the work that was done in the last years concerning “Tools for Social Development” project Volume I, II and III. Organization Alba, partner on the project, organized this event and all the participants could learn more about its work/aims/organization. Finally, this was a moment for empowerment of cross-sector cooperation.

The main aim of the project “Tools for Social Development – Volume III” was rising the capacities in the field of human rights protection of young people with disabilities. This is the third follow up of the project that started in 2015. “Tools for Social Development-Volume III” was as well the place for creation of the unique EuropeanOnline Platform “Tools for Social Development” which will gather trainers and youth workers working with young people with disabilities and as well will serve as important tool for all the stakeholders.

Project “Tools for Social Development-Volume III” is co-funded by the Erasmus plus program under KA2 – Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices – Capacity Building in the field of Youth.
